Existing status

  • The company sells renewable products/periodic licenses
  • The company runs paper register of clients or an electronic one in Excel programme
  • The employee checks the client list every day looking for products and licenses about to expire
  • An indicated employee sends multiple e-mails reminding about the product/license prolongation. He or she does it using tasks and notifications set manually in the calendar
